Q. What hyped up book do you think was all the talk?
A. The Hunger Games easily! Such a fabulous series even if the ending was weaker than the rest.
Also this week Northern Plunder is one of the features :3 How sweet is that, apologise for not scheduling the post for an earlier time to all those that have probably already stopped by... Thank you for taking the time to hop on over here though! I'll get back to you all eventually *o*
That's a popular answer!! Great choice :) Following you!

Happy Friday!
I have made all my friends read the Hunger Games and they always have the same reaction (I was lucky enough because even though I wasn't a book blogger when HG came out, I was following Stephenie Meyer's site and she mentioned HG before it publication. It sounded like Battle Royale so I bought it upon release. Best decision ever!).
ReplyDeleteNew follower- you're answer about The Stand being one of your favorite books made me think that you would be a blogger worth following! Plus, I love the name of your blog!
THG! <3
ReplyDeleteWe've the same answer. Would you still care to drop by my blog and follow back?
And, congrats on being featured!

I was worried I wouldn't like the Hunger Games just because there was SO MUCH PUBLICITY... but I loved it! It's one of those rare books that really can fill the shoes of its hype. Great choice!

I'm following along!
ReplyDeleteI have to admit, of all the highly hyped books I've read this year, The Hunger Games was probably the best.
Oh man, I haven't read it either lol. But my youngest has seen the movie and she loved it!

The Hunger Games is <3 Great pick! I also read in your interview at Alison Can Read that your favorite book is The Stand? That's my final book choice for this year that I'll be reading in December. My BFF loves The Stand and my father loved The Stand. I have only read two books by Stephen King: The Talisman (my fav) and 11/22/63 which made me cry. I'm really excited about reading The Stand. I love epic stories like that. :) Also, I noticed you're a Firefly fan. "I am to misbehave". hehehe

The Hunger Games really seems to be a series that is either loved or hated, personally I'd have to say I am pretty indifferent about it as I've never read it!
