All He Saw Was The Girl by Peter Leonard.

Rome: McCabe and Chip, two American exchange students, are about to become embroiled with a violent street gang, a beautiful Italian girl and a flawed kidnapping plan.Detroit: Sharon Vanelli's affair with Joey Palermo, a Mafia enforcer, is about to be discovered by her husband, Ray, a secret service agent.Brilliantly plotted and shot through with wry humour, All He Saw Was the Girl takes place as these two narratives converge in the backstreets of Italy's oldest city. A thrilling ride, it once again displays Peter Leonard's genius for exploring the wrong turns that life can take.Peter Leonard's growing fan base includes greats such as Carl Hiaasen ('great storytelling') and Michael Connelly ('clever plotting and blood and guts characters'), and publications as diverse as Uncut ('sensational'), the Daily Mirror ('stunning') and the Big Issue ('brilliantly snappy').

Edge of Light by Cynthia Justlin.
Thanks to Brianna(The Book Vixen).

Taken prisoner by a ruthless group of anarchists deep in the Cambodian jungle, anthropologist Jocelyn Hewitt is isolated in a dark prison cell. Without chance of rescue. Or hope. Until the man in the next cell reaches out to let her know she’s not as alone as she thinks. CIA agent Oliver Shaw has been held prisoner for over two years. Forced to witness the brutal torture and slow murder of his entire team, his spirit is not just broken, it’s crushed. He no longer believes in hope. Until he hears Jocelyn through the wall, and suddenly feels like a glimpse of light is trying to reach in… Jocelyn’s heart aches for the tortured man whose presence and voice give her the courage to risk their escape. But first she’ll have to remind Oliver who he once was, what he once loved, and bring him back to life. Only then will they have a chance for freedom—and the kind of love neither ever thought possible.

Can't Buy Me Love by Molly O'Keefe.
Thanks to Sue (Romance at Random).

Can't Hurry Love by Molly O'Keefe.
From award-winning author Molly O’Keefe comes a wonderfully written
contemporary romance about second chances at life and at love. Tori Baker, the
penniless widow of a disgraced financier, is ready to stand up, be counted, and
make a new life for herself and her beloved son in Texas. She’s taking over
Crooked Creek ranch, her birthright, and turning it into something special. All
that stands in her way is Eli Turnbull, a rugged, too-handsome cowboy who wants
the land just as badly. If Tori wants a fight, Eli will give her one. He’s
devoted his life to Crooked Creek, and he’s not about to let some pampered city
girl—even one as brave and beautiful as Tori—turn it into some silly spa. But
Tori’s and Eli’s burning anger and frustration only fuel heat of another kind:
uncontrollable passion. And soon they each realize that the person standing in
their way is the one they can never do without.

In other news:
Well I did it, the Fanatical About Fiction YouTube account is up and running in all its glory, all six of us have now uploaded our introductory videos so don't forget to stop by to get to know us and say hi. At the end of my video I'll be posting a "Currently Reading" segment each time where I tell you what I'm currently reading so you can ask questions about it and/or share your opinions and thoughts on the book which I can then comment on next time round. As we're still taking baby steps I expect it to be a while for that feature to get a lot of response but you never know.
Below is my introductory video but please go and check out the others!

Q&A:
I have a few questions that I'd like some answers too because I want your help to make this blog better in any way possible!
1. When I post my weekly round ups do you like that I include the synopsis or would you rather just the links to GR and Amazon so you can check it out?
2. Would you like me to share all of Fanatical About Fiction's videos on this blog every Friday or would you prefer it every two weeks? (We're each posting one video every two weeks)
3. Anything new you'd like to see, or anything you'd like to see more of?
